Accela Mobile offers a comprehensive solution for Accela Civic Platform users who require fieldwork capabilities via their iOS mobile device. With this app, users can efficiently complete various tasks on-the-go, such as:
- Perform result inspections
- Update checklist items, either individually or in batches
- Attach photos, videos, and audio recordings as evidence
- Add comments using various comment controls for different comment types
- Access, modify, call (iPhone only), or email record contacts
- Create, reschedule, and reassign records and inspections
- Review and update record and inspection conditions
- Modify record details, including status, custom forms and tables, and workflow steps
- Visualize jobs on a map and navigate to the specific job location
- Download record and inspection data locally onto the device
- Update records and inspections offline, save changes locally, and synchronize when a data connection is restored
